An Internet Sales Professional responds to Internet and telephone customer inquiries and ensures that the dealership actualizes its maximum profit potential on Internet sales. Must be Self-motivated and energetic!
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee internet sales leads, set schedules, and manage day-to-day business of the Internet Sales Department.
Communicates effectively with Internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication, whether by phone, by e-mail, or in person.
Has thorough knowledge of all dealership products, services, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers.
Assists customers in selecting a vehicle directing customers to product information resources, including those available on the Internet.
Maintains an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business.
Knows and understands the federal, state, and local laws which govern retail automobile sales.
Attends product and sales training as requested by sales manager and attends sales meetings.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Internet Sales Manager Requirements:
Extensive Automotive Industry experience with a specialization in Internet Sales and Management is highly preferred!
Must be highly proficient in computer and internet skills.
Must be organized and motivated to build up the Internet Department.
Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation & presentation skills.
